We are deep feelers who crave connection, but often don’t know how to ask for it. Therapy with me is about challenging the patterns that leave you feeling unseen, unappreciated, or overwhelmed. In our work, you’ll be challenged to learn to trust yourself so no challenge feels too big to face.
My direct approach draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help individuals & couples create real, lasting change. I work well with clients facing grief of a loved one, identity crisis, or couples facing relational conflict. I also have experience working with anxiety, trauma, & depression.
