My primary focus is to guide others through change, whether unavoidable or chosen. I have a wealth of experience with ADHD, autism spectrum, anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. The goal is to propel you on a path to a far better place. A place with increased personal control and direction. I am a coach and a therapist on a quest to get you to that better place.
I utilize cognitive behavioral techniques to produce day to day results and improvements in life. I also like to approach big picture issues from and existential standpoint. I believe that one needs to address "meaning of life" questions in order to find motivation and the will to make change. I am a directive therapist with proven coaching stratagies.
