In a world that idealizes individualism and "going it alone," I'm here to join with those who are wanting someone to talk to and work though their difficult times and hardships. I'm a LPC-MHSP with nine years of professional work experience. I'm a certified Sex Therapist and Couples Counselor with Modern Sex Therapy Institute. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, anger management as well as many other challenges.
My view of therapy is informed by the client, who is the real expert on their lives and who know best what they need from a helping professional. I want to help people achieve a higher level of functioning in their lives, to live free from shame and fear, to embrace vulnerability, and to live from a place of courage, authenticity, and happiness.
