Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group- Online
This DBT group is for adults who are eager to understand themselves and learn practical skills to improve their lives. This supportive, informative, and skill-based space will teach members how to feel more present, improve relationships so they are healthy and productive, understand and manage emotions, and get through stressful and distressing times. The group meets every week for about six months on Monday evenings.
