In trying times, feeling overwhelmed is a normal human response. Many people, and those who care about them, can feel pulled in multiple directions while trying to stay grounded and connected to themselves, their values, their responsibilities, and their relationships. When ecosystems of care are stretched, fatigued, or limited, pressure often builds and begins to impact well-being and a sense of direction about what comes next. As a therapist, I offer a steady, compassionate space to pause with curiosity, make sense of what’s unfolding, and move beyond survival mode toward renewed understanding, reconnection, growth, and purpose.
For 20+ years, I've supported individuals navigating complex systems, conflicts, chronic stress, and difficult transitions. I bring extensive experience working with lawyers, justice advocates, human service professionals, domestic violence survivors, and system-impacted persons, to help individuals cultivate more balanced, sustainable, and fulfilling lives.
Sometimes, we lose sight of our own innate gifts through life’s challenges, environments that fail to nurture us, systems that diminish rather than encourage our strengths, or choosing paths that don't serve us. If you're ready to reconnect with your own gifts and deepen your inner wisdom, resilience, and purpose, I’d be honored to support your journey.

I work on a private-pay basis, meaning sessions aren't billed to insurance and generally don't require a diagnosis. I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement and am happy to discuss rates or sliding-scale options.

In my practice, therapy offers a safe and supportive space to facilitate safety and build resilience. As a peacebuilder, I integrate person-centered modalities such as ACT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and conflict transformation strategies. My trauma-informed approach honors each person's unique strengths while helping individuals reconnect with purpose and release what no longer serves them.
