Hello and welcome! My name is Katie, and I am so honored to walk through this season of life with you. I primarily work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach but am also tuned in to what my clients need to be successful. I excel working with young ladies and women.

I understand that trauma can be life altering and navigating that alone can be difficult. That’s where I come in. I am EMDR trained and specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, coping skills, self-esteem building, and seasons of life transitions. Additionally, I am a first responder wife and a mother. I understand the first responder family lifestyle.

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space so you can focus on your healing. I am direct, patient, kind, and very genuine in life and in the counseling process.
