My postgraduate training has focused on trauma and addiction recovery. I use somatic based EMDR, Natural Processing to help you work through issues and find your inner strength with new understanding. EMDR is a form of psychotherapy developed by Dr. Shapiro in 1980, that has been extensively researched and proven effect for trauma and many other issues.
