I offer an abuse/trauma-informed approach to help individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, parenting, grief/loss, trauma, & healing from various forms of abuse & emotional/spiritual trauma. Services include EMDR & emotionally/physiologically focused methods rooted in neurobiology research. EMDR is available as an adjunct 2nd therapy.

My services are available to anyone with any religious affiliation or none. If you are struggling with faith related experiences & unsure where to go, I offer a space to process without judgment. As a Christian, I can offer spiritual support and prayer for clients who request it. This is YOUR space and my goal is to help you experience growth and healing.
