My specialty is treating folks with trauma, anxiety, codependency tendencies, and/or those struggling with navigating through life's transitions. I do not believe in a cookie-cutter approach but use techniques such as EMDR, Hypnotherapy,Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique, Positive Psychotherapy, ACT, and Brainspotting.
My approach is holistic; I believe in honoring the complexities of body, mind and Spirit. Together we will identify your strengths and skills and learn to use them in your life to effectively reach the change and results that bring you the quality of life you desire and deserve.
