I’m here to help you! You may feel overwhelmed or stuck by things that have happened in your past. It’s affecting your relationships, focus, sleep, everything! You might wonder, “Can therapy really help? Talking to a complete stranger?” I believe sometimes we all need support and tools to better manage stress and life’s challenges—skills many of us were never taught growing up. My expertise is in helping adults who have experienced trauma (including first responders, service members and veterans) and who want to heal from its effects.
I also work with couples who want to get back to being "on the same page", particularly if one or both have experienced trauma. I have no availability for weekly couples slots, and am booking into June/July 2026 for couples intensive therapy sessions (typically a half day or multiple half days dedicated to you as the couple). Feel free to inquire!
