I am here to help you! You may be feeling overwhelmed or are having difficulty reflecting back on things that have happened to you in the past. You might find yourself feeling distracted and stuck and that it has started to affect your relationships, your job, your sleep, everything! You may be thinking, "Can therapy really help me? Talking to a complete stranger?" I believe sometimes people simply need a little help to learn better coping tools to manage stress and whatever else life might throw their way. Unfortunately, we are not often taught these tools growing up.
My expertise is in helping adults who have experienced trauma (including first responders) and who want to heal from its devastating effects. I also work with couples who want to get back to being "on the same page", particularly if one or both have experienced trauma in their lives.
Many I have worked with have said they appreciate my straight-forward, empathetic approach. I am confident that together we can help improve your overall being.
