Hello! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I love collaborating with people on ways to explore their feelings, approach their goals, and face the various challenges of life. I believe that therapy works best when you find the therapist who is the right fit for you and your unique experiences and life path. I want to create a safe space where you can lead the way and advocate for the approach that fits best for you and your goals for therapy, and I am open to feedback to help us find a good groove and make the most of our time together.
I do my best to create a warm, supportive environment to explore and process what is on your mind, and I like to bring in art therapy, narrative therapy, CBT, solutions-focused, and other strategies, depending on what feels right for you.
