My ideal client is a teen dealing with addiction, newly diagnosed mental health issues, and behavioral problems at home and school. Their parents are struggling with the challenges of raising a child with these complex needs. The family seeks emotional support, practical strategies, and a safe space for open communication. Their goals are to achieve emotional stability, improve the teen’s behavior and mental health, and strengthen family relationships. They want to build effective coping mechanisms and create a healthier home environment to enhance their overall quality of life.
I’ve worked with teens facing addiction, mental illness, behavioral issues, and parents of children with disabilities. My training in a residential facility for teen boys covered family, social, and addiction issues. Using CBT, DBT, EFT, and SE, I focus on mindfulness, conflict resolution, and trauma-informed care. You’ll feel like a priority with me.
