One of my strengths is challenging thoughts that limit who you can be and what you can do. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor. I graduated with a Master's Degree in Counseling/Psychology from Illinois Benedictine College. I provide professional counseling and consultation to individuals, couples, , and families.
I work with issues of relationship building, depression, anxiety and stress management. I have experience helping people live beyond the limitations of childhood abuse and other traumatic experiences.
I also help with issues of addiction. I am a certified addictions counselor and have helped people that have family members or close friends that are dealing with addictions to learn to live their lives beyond the addiction.
