I work with individuals and couples using CBT, ANS management, and mindfulness to reduce anxiety, process grief, and improve communication. I offer an LGBTQ+ affirming space. You can show up as you are and begin making meaningful changes. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental space to collaborate with each client to deal with or find solutions to life’s challenges. I believe that often, people know the solutions or have available resources that can help, but they just need assistance finding them.
I offer a variety of approaches and will work with you to determine the best one. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you move toward meaningful, lasting change while feeling seen and supported. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Florida). I currently accept private pay, Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, and other insurances.
I am certified as a SYMBIS couples consultant and as a Logic-Based Therapy consultant as well.
