I’m here to support women of color on that journey. My goal is to create a space where real change and healing can happen; by building up self-acceptance, unlearning continuously running on fumes, or combating thoughts that you aren't enough. My approach is always rooted in self-acceptance and empowerment. This is your story. My person-centered approach allows our sessions to be tailored to your unique needs, helping you explore the "why" behind your feelings and challenge unhelpful patterns.
