I specialize in working with families, couples, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD. My approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals manage thoughts and emotions, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to strengthen relationships, and practical strategies to support clients with ADHD. I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
