Along this journey I have acquired experience in several modalities of psychotherapy which I use interchangeably in sessions. I have also been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to effectively treat trauma and many other forms of psychological stress. I offer a non-judgmental approach which is tailored towards your specific need
