Hello, over the last 10 years I've enjoyed working together with people as they took on the problems they faced. I've helped people work on range of problems, from challenging behaviors to other internal problem. I've worked with incredible resilient young people and adults who've had relationships with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I've also worked with young people in foster care and members of the LGBTQ community using a narrative approach. Being present and sharing space with someone trying to make a positive change in their life, has always been a great privlidge for me.
For several years, I’ve helped youth in crisis utilizing crisis deescalation strategies. I’ve also used narrative therapy to help clients address problems with anxiety, depression and their relationships with trauma. I’m also proud to utilize a form of feedback informed treatment that puts the client at the center of treatment.
