I graduated from Lindenwood University in 2009. I received exceptional experience by working at an Intensive Outpatient Program. I worked daily with a great team of experts (Psychiatrists, RNs, LPCs, LCSWs). My speciality is depression, mood disorders, anxiety, grief and interpersonal relationships (marriage, pre-marital, infidelity, mom/daughter difficulties).
My practice accepts appointments 7 days a week with flexible office hours. I offer a weekly support group for adults and a 8 week workshop for high school teenage girls grades 9-12 addressing various topics such as self-esteem, bullying/cyberbullying, healthy relationships, sex, body image, transitioning to womanhood and school/life stressors.
