I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping others achieve and maintain a healthy state of well-being. My journey to becoming a therapist started when I was working as a Licensed Practical Nurse. I have always had a passion for mental health and I wanted to do more as a psych nurse. I enjoyed my psychology electives so much that I changed my major to psychology. I went on to obtain my Master of Social Work degree and my clinical license.
