I work with adults and adolescents and tailor my approach to the needs of each person individually. I want you to understand more than just "what" we'll do in therapy, but also "why" and "how." I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience using a variety of treatment modalities. I tend to take a behavioral approach, with a focus on how our thoughts and feelings guide our day-to-day actions, and how breaking unhealthy cycles can lead to more satisfaction in life.
