Hello! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. My work is grounded in compassion, connection, and creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and truly heard. Before becoming a therapist, I worked for several years as a Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Advocate, supporting survivors through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. I also have experience as an Emergency Services Clinician, providing crisis intervention and emotional support to individuals and families during times of acute stress and uncertainty. I would love the opportunity to begin working with you!
I understand that every individual’s experiences, challenges, and strengths are unique, and I work to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is rooted in authenticity, respect, and curiosity, allowing clients the opportunity to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace.
During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another and exploring what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, goals, strengths, and any challenges you may be facing, while also creating space for you to share at your own comfort level and pace.
