My goal is to accompany you on a journey - inside. I work with adults and couples seeking healthier ways to relate to themselves and others. I work with people who have been hit by life. Who are looking for a place to feel supported and witnessed when they’re in the thick of it.
My mission is to help clients undo that sense of aloneness and unworthiness that so often follows us through life.
At Pivot Point Therapy, we’ll get to the heart of the matter. As a Level 2 trained IFS therapist, I’ll help you strengthen the muscle of self-compassion. We’ll develop skills to stay centered and present, even in the midst of emotional storms.
