I seek to build a collaborative working environment with my clients that respects the inner trouble one experiences, seeks a deeper understanding of where that comes from, and builds toward embodied vitality and self-acceptance. I work with adults and teenagers dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem & confidence issues, family and relationship issues, grief and loss, existential issues, life changes, and stress. Healing, growth, and change come about gradually through consistent and sustained effort; it requires learning to think, feel, act in new ways, and see oneself with a new perspective.
Therapy is not a quick solution to a complex problem. When you can commit to a therapeutic process and invest in your own growth, you can achieve results. It is possible to create a life of fulfillment and aliveness. My goal is to build a therapeutic relationship with you and work together to understand what is preventing you from reaching your potential.
Engaging in a deep psychological process will not only help you understand yourself more fully but also allows you to feel more connected to life in meaningful and worthwhile ways.
