I am doctoral-trained therapist who integrates clinical ideas and practices in ways that can meet your unique needs/challenges. For instance, I will utilize your strengths, resources and culture in order to explore problems from multiple vantage points. And, we will co-develop goals that takes into account possible co-existing issues. Whether you are experiencing family problems, anxiety, depression, relationship issues or another challenge, I will facilitate conversations where solutions to the problem become more accessible and visible: I believe my clients have the capacity and agency to take actions that are right for them.
These are times of uncertainty and challenges for many people. Each person, relationship and family is impacted differently.
