I’m a clinically trained therapist, and I’m also a regular person. I don’t do stiff or overly polished therapy. I’m direct, grounded, and intentional about the work.
In therapy, we don’t just talk in circles. We identify what’s actually driving the cycle. Emotional reactivity, unhelpful thinking patterns, avoidance, or relational habits that keep repeating.
