I specialize in ADHD and Anxiety treatment with minors and adults. I've been Board Certified by the Academy of Cognitive Therapy as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT). This Modality (CBT) has been proven by research to have the lowest relapse rate with Anxiety and Depression. This means my clients gain a set of tools they take with them into life.
