My ideal client is between the ages of 3 and 60. I am looking for anyone that is wanting help. Someone who is experiencing symptoms which hinder their ability to function how they want to function. Someone who is willing to put in the work to get the help they need.
My expertise has given me experience working with many different age groups. I am driven my the behavioral modalities, but believe that the best way to help the client is by changing both the thoughts and behaviors from the symptoms being presented. I also offer support in areas outside of counseling.
