The primary focus of my work is with adults, adolescents, and their families as they work to navigate difficult stages in their lives. Much of my professional work is with adolescents and their families. In my work with teens and young adults, I employ a mix of humor, authenticity, and curiosity about their struggles. From a stance of openness and compassion, I work to help adolescents explore their individual difficulties, confront potentially self sabotaging patterns, and develop coping strategies that are unique to their needs. I have helped many youth move beyond their pain and find healthier, freer, more fulfilling lives.
Another area of focus is to provide support for those working with issues more specific to being male. Whether one was born male, or transitioned, I enjoy aligning with a client to navigate the many challenges and changes that men face as they grow and change over the years.
