My preferred client age range is 18-75. My ideal client is motivated to put in the work to improve their current situation, to get unstuck. I help those who want to work on improving their circumstances. Identified problems are mental health (anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, PTSD, ADHD); Substance Use Disorder (SUD); Dual Diagnosis, Behavioral Health and those with relationship Issues. I am open to working with the LGBTQ+ community as well.
One main population I enjoy working with is men, particularly guiding them through a lot of the myths, stereotypes and misinformation they may have been given at an early age.
I have worked for several years in mental health/substance use disorder and behavioral health in various treatment settings. I work with all people, and my specialty is to assist men with tearing down strongholds, the negative generational misfortunes and learned misinformation, around who/what a man really is. I help all to gain a better sense of purpose.
