It is my responsibility and passion to provide that environment. I believe that we are all complex individuals who have been shaped by experiences, culture, and those around us. I put an emphasis on how our environment has shaped us, and how we can better navigate ourselves and our world. I have a passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC, individuals with depression, anxiety, stress, teens, and veterans.
