For 30+ years I have worked with people struggling with depression, anxiety, marital, family, child, career/work, military and trauma issues. In my thirty years of practice I have worked with every conceivable problem people encounter. Using a variey of proven approaches, I empower people who often don't understand what is wrong or what is needed for relief. My extensive experience permits me to provide the clear direction they seek.
I teach men and women how to speak each others "language". I help parents understand how to give the controls children need to be happy and successful. I help people understand the use of mindfulness, which provides peace even in uncontrollable situations such as loss or impending death.
