Hi, My name is John Saunders I am a licensed mental health counselor and master addictions counselor. I provide solution-focused therapy, CBT, and addiction counseling. I work collaboratively with patients to meet their purpose goals and objectives for treatment. I utilize both a behavioral and psychodynamic approach to assist clients to achieve their goals for therapy.
I provide cost-effective treatment for those suffering from addiction disorders, anxiety, bipolar and depression disorders, grief and loss, and eating disorders. I work with all populations, including children, military veterans, parents, adolescents, the elderly, and those diagnosed with illnesses, including immune disorders.
At the age of six, I lost my mother to the disease of addiction. My mother was 28 years old when she died. What drives me to do this work is the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to access treatment on any level at any time in a safe and secure environment with a trained and competent therapist.
