Counseling is a good first step to begin to heal. I offer Assessment and Counseling to address: Personal - Family - Marital 'Life's' Issues and 'Veteran's' Issues (Primarily those that resulted in 'PTSD.'). I will help and encourage you in telling your 'story'. 'Living in-to the events' that caused your distress is essential for you to be able to move on.
I can help you in Establishing: Personal Boundaries; Poise; Punctuality; Admiting Mistakes; Goal Setting and, ways to Live within your means. Training: Combat Stress and PTSD; "Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training"; "Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD"; "Managing Suicide Risk"; "Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy"; "Prevention and Management of Aggressive Behaviors"
Other issues that I may be able to assist you with include: Marital, Parenting, Relational and Collaborative Issues; AD/HD and Learning Disabilities; Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Stress; Addiction and Co-Dependency; Counseling.
