Relationship problems and emotional pain are the two things my clients most often talk about. I believe that strong relationships and emotional wellness are inseparable elements of mental health. I use my diverse background to help foster these two essential qualities.
My training and experience have focused on trauma and dissociation, depression and anxiety, self-injury and suicidal thinking. I have worked with high school kids, young adults, middle-aged and older adults. I take a flexible approach, aiming to create the best path towards healing for each person.
