Life remains undefeated in trials, difficulties, and surprises. We spend so much of our time and energy trying to control what happens to us, but, the truth is, no matter how hard we try, no one is immune to hardship and hurt. It's the journey of life that conveys meaning and purpose, not the outcome. Your pain has meaning, your past has meaning, and your future has a purpose. Therapy is a process by which you take control of finding the meaning in your unique journey and through self-reflection, redefine your experiences to discover and pursue your purpose.
I will meet you where you are, whether that be at your lowest point, your breaking point, or point of no return, and join you. This journey will be difficult, but together, we can chart a new course toward hope, healing, wellness, and ultimately, purpose. I work with teens, adults, families, and couples from all walks of life (LGBTQIA+ included).
I know what it is like to feel utterly lost, depressed, and hopeless. I promise to give you my very best. I have experience in treating trauma (PTSD), anxiety, depression, borderline, bipolar, autism, ADHD/ADD, and many more. I am person-centered and utilize a variety of effective, proven, modalities (CBT, DBT, IFS, Narrative, Psychodynamic/analytic).
