An active and engaged therapist, I practice EDT (experiential psychodynamic psychotherapy) that addresses psychological defenses and emotions, and promotes personal growth by directly engaging emotions that have been previously avoided, often as the result of trauma. I am also trained in psychoanalysis, EMDR and couples therapy.
