Therapy is for anyone that longs for more. I can assist you in exploring your experiences and relationships to come to a fuller understanding of yourself and others. My intent is to be supportive in assisting you in identifying your goals as we work together towards accomplishing them. My objective is to work with you to create an individualized plan that is unique to you and focuses on establishing a collaborative learning experience. Using a strength-based approach, I offer online/telehealth counseling and utilize evidence based models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-focused Therapy, and Solution-focused Therapy.
Using a humanistic approach to assume the role of a neutral third party, I specialize in couples therapy, and adult individual therapy. I engage clients in open-ended questions and offer feedback designed to challenge clients to consider multiple perspectives, in addition to their initial conclusions.
I will compassionately challenge you to take safe risks and graciously hold you accountable.
