Hi, my name is John Robles, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has engaged with people, by way of a client centered approach, to partner with them in continuing their self-improvement journey. I have worked with clients struggling with anxiety, stress, post-traumatic stress, depression, existential struggles and relational challenges. The conditions I am most comfortable treating are Anxiety, Depression, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
I have used a variety of approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution therapy, mythopoetic, unconditional positive regard, strategic, trauma focused, mindfulness, and skill development. I am also very willing to try new approaches.
I strive to create an environment of emotional safety in which a person can talk about anything that is bothering them and in a non-judgement manner. In working with me, clients feel heard, validated, cared for, and validated as a person . I listen intently.
