I enjoy working with people to address their own concerns, and sometimes that means talking with them to simply figure out what their concerns are. I love working with people who want to better understand themselves, change something in their life, or simply process tough emotions in a safe space.
I love to share coping skills that work for a variety of issues and provide a space where people feel comfortable venting and processing what bothers them. I can be very creative when brainstorming possible solutions with clients. We will be learning and practicing controlled breathing techniques to assist in emotional regulation.
I am excited to meet with new clients that are looking to better understand themselves and better their lives. We may have to work through rage, grief, worry, and tears but I believe it is worth the effort to feel better in the long run.
