My take is simple. Life is a gift, not always easy, but precious and brief. I work with individuals who want to live with authenticity and purpose, but also with serenity and grace. We come by our difficulties honestly, so there's scant value in beating ourselves up. I encourage people to move beyond shame and blame, and focus instead on building the lives they want.
In the course of my practice I have worked with people as young as 3 and as old as 88, with individuals and couples, groups and organizations.These days I work almost exclusively with individuals who are trying to learn from hardship or loss, to discover the adventure within.
I love challenge and adventure. My life has served up many (www.sailing-grace.com). I thoroughly enjoy accompanying fellow adventurers, whether their quest is physical, psychological or spiritual. I am honored by their trust. We have learned a lot together.
