We all feel distressed at times. The time to call for help is when life gets to be more than you can handle and is stopping your growth. Intentions and desires go awry, and despite our best efforts, resolution eludes us. The goal is to help you reconnect with your original desires to live a meaningful and productive life, and do so in ways that best fit your life today. I am excited to announce that I am moving my practice to Summit Emotinal Health, effective October 27, 2021.

I have worked with men's issues, marraige and relationship problems, adult depression and anxiety, and numerous PTSD/trauma concerns

I have a private practice. I do not accept or do any insurance billing. This keeps your work with me private. I do not keep electronic records, only handwritten notes. I am not available for crises or emergencies, and have flexible hours.
