I work with adults of all ages who struggle with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, depression, LGBTQ, relationship issues, and spiritual, political and existential crises.
In my 16+ years of passionate involvement in counseling, I've acquired and use numerous therapeutic tools, including; Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness. I'm well practiced in discerning which tools are most appropriate and will yield the most significant positive results for each individual.
I'm committed to the development of a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, safety and acceptance.
