I have been practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2000 and have worked in the mental health field for 25 years. Former Credentialed Distinguished Mediator with over 15 years of experience conducting reconciliation mediations and coaching others in conflict resolution.
Conflict resolution coaching is an individualized process aimed at building and refining the competencies necessary to constructively engage in and resolve interpersonal conflict. Coaching takes place in a supportive, non-judgmental and confidential environment and is tailored to meet the recipient's personal goals.
Transformative mediation is beneficial to parties whose relationship is caught in a damaging interaction pattern as a result of unresolved conflict. It improves understanding, cultivates healthy connectedness and promotes reconciliation. It assumes that this transformation of the interaction matters as much to the parties as does a favorable resolution.
