About
You will be provided a safe and accepting atmosphere to find solutions to move your life forward. My clients overcome relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma by finding in themselves that life’s problems are an opportunity to grow. You will learn skills and strategies to better understand how to use your mind as a tool for success rather than being controlled and influenced by unwanted thoughts, emotions, and actions.
My primary forms of treatment are client centered, strength based, Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), and solution focused. Additionally, I am trained in mindfulness therapies, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR and Hypnotherapy to help bring mind, body and soul into balance.
Your story is important. By reading this you are already taking a step to improve your life. Choosing the right therapist is an important decision. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations to allow you to explore if I can be helpful. You are worth my time.
