These include Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
My work has included supporting adolescents, individuals, couples, and families across a variety of settings—including group therapy, crisis response, and intensive outpatient care. My clinical focus centers on trauma, crisis management, behavioral challenges, substance use, anxiety, and depression.
