Tired of enduring a difficult life, career or relationship? Looking for practical, out-of-the-box solutions for anxiety, depression, and the life circumstances that cause them? Tried therapy before with disappointing results? For 35 years, I have been augmenting traditional therapeutic methods with a variety of techniques, including EMDR Therapy, CRM Therapy, heart rate variability training (Heartmath), body centered approaches, mindfulness training, hypnosis, and ego-state interventions, to facilitate deep internal changes. These interventions take place within the context of a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment. My therapeutic style is interactive, engaging, and collaborative.
Having specialized in trauma-based symptoms, I have witnessed how unprocessed trauma - especially subtle childhood trauma and attachment failures - lead to symptoms that might not initially appear related to our history. Over time, these traumas may manifest in depression, anxiety, relational conflicts, or career challenges. EMDR done online via remote.
My multidimensional techniques and strategies can soften the traumatic underpinnings of these symptoms and make life easier. I offer a free short phone consultation followed by a free initial session if we are not a good match. Individuals, couples and families ages 14 and up.
