My name is John and I use a short-term, neuro-informed, person-centered, non-judgmental approach to mental health counseling. I specialize in autism, acute stress management, crisis & trauma, anxiety, traumatic brain injury, and disaster mental health. I have experienced that a therapeutic relationship built on trust, and "unconditional positive regard" where you leave feeling heard can produce relief and healing.
