Groups
On-going Group for Adult Men
Often in sessions or personal conversations, I hear men talking about how hard it is to make conversation when meeting new people, or when in business meetings with colleagues. This kind of anxiety can often lead to isolation in our personal lives as well as difficulties in our professional lives. The group has members who identify as both gay and straight men. While the initial focus is centered around social anxiety and communication the group is ongoing reaching into issues and concerns beyond the initial focus which arise from the group members themselves. The group meets on Monday evenings in person, public health permitting.

Support for Trans-Teens
Support group for Trans and Non-Binary adolescents ages 13-17. The group is designed to give members the opportunity to explore their feelings. In addition, members will have concrete understanding they are not alone. The group will meet in person at my office. It will meet on Wednesdays from 6-7:30 p.m. starting June 1st. The cost is $65 per session. I have worked with the GLBT+ community for a number, of years and with trans clients for nearly ten years.
