You've probably tried to figure it out. Tried to think your way through your interior conflict, to talk yourself out of your anxiety, and to stay busy enough that the loneliness doesn't catch up with you. But it's all still there: the disconnection, the sadness, the hurt that just keeps getting triggered in the relationships that matter most, no matter how hard you try to break out of it. Here's what I've come to believe after years in this work: these patterns aren't "something that's wrong with you," they are old defenses trying to keep you safe. And wounds like that don't heal from the outside, they heal in relationship.

I work with adults carrying anxiety, depression, relational pain, and the kind of internal conflict that makes life feel smaller than it should be. I also work with therapists who want to go deeper in their own healing. My approach is relational, experiential, and grounded in the interpersonal process, IFS, and mindfulness.

I work with individuals who are tired of the quick fix BS and want to do the deep and healing work for the transformation. I offer one-on-one psychotherapy, but my most powerful work happens in interpersonal process groups—small, intimate spaces where real patterns meet real people and real change becomes possible.
